Retrieval-augmented Generation (RAG)
Your company has information an AI model does not know. RAG connects AI to that information: when an employee asks a question, the system retrieves relevant material from your documents and uses it to produce an answer with supporting sources. Employees can ask questions in plain language and check the answer against the original material.
This is useful when an answer is spread across multiple files or employees spend time searching for the right document. We build tools that bring the relevant information together, so your team can spend less time looking and more time using what they find. When a question calls for structured records, we can connect the solution to query that data as well.
Automated workflows and custom applications
