This Privacy Policy explains how Rich AI Consulting LLC (“Rich AI Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit richaiconsulting.com, contact us, or schedule a meeting. We provide custom AI solutions, ongoing solution management, AI advisory, and employee training.

Client engagements may involve access to company systems and data. Confidentiality, permitted uses, security requirements, and handling of that data are addressed in the applicable written engagement and data-processing agreements. This website policy does not replace those agreements or authorize additional use of client data.

Information we collect

• Contact details and inquiries. Our contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, company name, and message. Your title and phone number are optional. We also receive information you choose to share by email or in conversations with our team.
• Scheduling information. When you book through Calendly, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, selected meeting time, and answers to booking questions. Calendly connects to our Microsoft calendar to arrange the meeting.
• Website usage and technical information. Our hosting and analytics services process information such as pages visited, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location, interactions, and technical logs.

Please do not send passwords, access credentials, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party documents through the website contact form. If a project requires sensitive data, we will agree on an appropriate way to share it.

The current website uses Vercel for hosting and web analytics, Google Analytics for usage measurement, Resend to deliver contact-form messages, Microsoft 365 for our email and calendar, and Calendly for scheduling. Contact-form messages are delivered to our shared company inbox, which authorized team members can access to respond to you.

Providers process information in connection with those services under the applicable service terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

Retention and location of information

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, managing client relationships, and meeting legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, the relationship, and applicable provider settings. Ending a service or updating this policy does not automatically delete previously collected records. You may request deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate; those countries may have different data-protection laws from your own.
